They're back ...

Another tool has been created for all Google lovers: Google Calendar. According to an article that I read, Google has lots of hopes pinned on their latest product. With Google becoming one of the most prominent and widely used search engines, this is an attempt for them to shelve out of the 'Search Company' image. Secondly, they say that this product has many cool features which are not seen in most available online calendars. You can share your events with family members and others at your workplace easily. Adding events has never been easier with the possibility of adding an event only at the click of a mouse button. Anyways, the interface provides a direct link to Gmail and the Google search engine, and as seen in the pic above, has a Quick Add button. And as you can expect by now, a 'Search Calendar' feature is present as well. Haven't been exactly able to test it....however, I'll surely use the gCalendar to store all my friends' birthdays and other events. It better be working rite and since it is a Google product, I'm sure I can expect the best !!

Pretty much compatible I guess because it does have an Import Calendar feature wherein calendars from MS Outlook, Yahoo etc. can be imported.
Unlimited space according to me....being a 'G' product I can atleast expect that. Btw how many events r u going to store????
Don't think u can download it...though i'm aware that u can have a calendar feed to ur Google Desktop. You can have multiple calendars though and share whichever you want with whomever you want.
Link is in the text...point ur cursor to 'Google Calendar' and u'll be directed. Else its calendar.google.com !!
Check it out and lemme know if it meets ur expectations:)

Sumthing that u didnt blog abt...
when u add an event and put in the place, google provides a small link titled map.. if u click on it u get the location on Google maps...
